Your Mass Card Request can be completed by filling out the form below and submitting it to the parish office. You will receive a response to your request in a timely manner. The mass card will be mailed to you unless otherwise directed.

Payment should be made using Faith Direct. You will be able to make a one-time gift and indicate it is for the mass card by entering Mass cards in the note field.

Sacraments

Baptism
A Baptism preparation class is required prior to the Baptism. This class takes place on the 1st Sunday of the month at 5:30 pm. Please contact the parish office to schedule the Baptism date at least 3 months in advance of the desired date.

Care of the Sick
Our Visitation Ministry Team would like to bring Communion to our homebound parishioners as well as visit those in a hospital or a nursing facility. Please call the Parish Office to let us know of those who wish to be visited.

Confirmation
One of the sacraments of Initiation, Confirmation is closely connected to Baptism and Eucharist. Please contact the Faith Formation office at (518) 464-4776 for more details.

Marriage
Please call the Parish Office to arrange a meeting with one of the priests at least 6 months prior to the planned wedding. Marriage Preparation program and interviews are required.

Reconciliation
You may celebrate the Sacrament of Reconciliation at 3:00 pm on Saturdays. Christ the King also has a Communal Penance Service during both Advent and Lent. 

RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation) is the process for those wishing to explore becoming a member of our Catholic Christian Community and is designed for:
        • Non-baptized adults seeking membership in the Christian Catholic community
        • Adults baptized in other Christian communities who seek full communion with the Roman Catholic Church
        • Adults baptized as Catholics, but never confirmed
